Prince George, BC – The BC River Forecast Centre has ended the High Streamflow Advisory for the Central Interior.

The advisory in our region had covered small creeks and rivers in the Chilcotin, Fraser Canyon, Cariboo and Thompson region, including Baker Creek.

The River Forecast Centre says weather has improved across the province over the past day and rainfall earlier in the week has now passed through the river systems, with river levels now dropping.  The levels are expected to continue to drop through the remainder of the week.
