Suspicious Vehicle in Pinewood Area of P.G.

Prince George, B.C.- Another suspicious incident near a Prince George elementary school.
RCMP in Prince George have a received a complaint about a suspicious vehicle on Morgan Crescent near Pinewood Elementary School.
Police say at quarter after 6 this morning, an eleven year old boy was approached by a male in a grey minivan and was asked if he wanted a ride. The child ran home without incident.
The vehicle is described as a box shaped grey minivan with rust along the bottom. No licence plate was obtained. The driver was described as:
- Heavy build
- Light brown hair
- Beard
- Approximately 40 years old
- Caucasian
This is the third suspicious incident near a Prince George school in the past two weeks. One of the complaints has been removed from investigation as police have spoken to the driver and determined there was no threat to children. The other case involves a grey pick up truck and while the driver is said to be of heavy build, Caucasian and 30 years old, the driver was said to be bald and there is no mention of a beard.

I really hope they catch this sicko!
Pedophiles, seem to be protected , I have heard we have services in P.G. for these people and they are sent here. If this is the case we should be notified who they are and where they are. Children are the ones that need protecting.
Pictures of registered sex offenders should be circulated amongst all schools so kids can see who they should be looking out for.
