Prince George, BC – Two people have been charged in connection with the discovery of 500 pot plants from a rural home and outbuilding near 100 Mile House…
Members of the North District Marihuana Enforcement Team (NDIME) and 100 Mile House RCMP officers executed a search warrant on the property in the 4000-block of Wilcox Road. The marihuana plants were in various stages of production.
A man and woman arrested inside the home are facing drug-related charges and are set to appear in court in May.

May? Someone is hoping to find the “wheels of justice” in late April? Someone within the legal community has hidden them. Just to keep their paycheques rolling in. Ya gotta pace yerself when doling out justice.
Yeah, the court backlog is still there. Anyone heard whether they’re hiring more judges, court clerks or sheriffs. Heck, I’d be a good judge, but they’d have to build more prisons………….
Give them a fair trial, then we’ll hang them. Would work for me. Screw the jails. Ellsmere Island Resort.
Legalize it. The only alternative to a grow-op per week, more sheriffs, clerks, judges, prisons.
Or don’t legalize it. Then don’t bitch about higher taxes, reduced services, and a gang controlled society.
Sorry herbster; the alcohol besotted mind cannot comprehend such a logical idea.
… said the pothead.
Grow 500 plants, earn $500,000. Who thinks this is ever going to stop?
Who gets the 1G per plant? Surely not the dupes paid to babysit the grow-op and take the heat should the long arm of the law come a knocking.
