Vanderhoof Hospital Renovations Begin

Vanderhoof, B.C. – Parking disruptions will be the norm this week while roof renovations take place at St. John Hospital in Vanderhoof.
A crane and heavy equipment will be lifting steel support beams onto the hospital roof, and will block access to parking directly in front of the hospital entrance. Alternate parking will be limited, although some space may be available at the rear of the building.
Patients, visitors and staff are advised that access to the hospital via the main entrance will not be affected. There will also be no impact on B.C. Ambulance access and the Northern Health Connections bus pick-up and drop-off location.
Employees of NH, CNC and the Omineca Clinic are asked to avoid parking in the hospital’s front lot this week so that the limited space available can be used by patients.
