Prince George, B.C. – Looking for a bicycle for your child, grandchild or perhaps even for yourself?
Well aren’t you fortunate that the Prince George Cycling Club is holding its 5th annual Bike Swap tomorrow at the Moose Hall at 663 Douglas Street. The sale allows people looking to sell their bikes and cycling equipment to drop them off at the Moose Hall between 8am and 10am Sunday. The swap meet runs from 11am to 2pm. The club estimates it will have around 100 bicycles of all sizes available for sale.
In conjunction with the swap meet the club is raising funds through its annual bottle drive. Swappers can take their recyclables to the Moose Hall for sale. The PG Cycling Club is hoping to raise $8,000 for major works planned this year for trails at the Pidherny Recreation area.
