Cougars Sign Some New Players

Tuesday, June 4, 2013 @ 4:37 PM

Prince George, B.C.- The Prince George Cougars have signed their  top two draft picks and  have changed radio stations for the broadcast of their games.

Signed are  1998 born forward Kody McDonald of  Lethbridge Alberta,  and defenceman Josh Anderson  of Duncan B.C.  Both have been signed to a  a standard  WHL contract.

The big news out of the Cougars’ camp today is that  for the first time since  the team  started play  in Prince George,  the games will NOT be broadcast on  a Pattison Group station.

The Cougars have  inked a deal with  94XFM, which is owned by Vista Radio.  Cougars’  play-by-play announcer Dan O’Conner  will  start his 3rd season  as the Voice of the Cougars, with  94X Sports Director Hartley Miller joining him in the booth and on the air.

Wow…. this is big news.

Now for 94X to sign up clients for a very weak team…. Hey Brodsky WAKE UP ! You had the best fan support in the league, its time to put a great product on the ice and give us a reason to come and support the team

I guess 94x wants to lose listners to

Brodsky – Maybe hire a real general manager and demote Dallas to equipment manager, waterboy, or bus driver.

My condolenses to the two players

I wonder if they will show up?

How do you silence one of your most vocal critics (Hartley Miller)?

Hire him.
