Man Faces Child Pornography Charges

Prince George, B.C. – A 25 year old man is facing several charges following an investigation into child pornography.
Prince George RCMP executed a search warrant on a residence on Voyageur Drive last week. A computer and other evidence were seized.
As a result of evidence obtained both before and after the search warrant, Jereme Carl Kozak was arrested and is now facing the following charges:
- Accessing Child Pornography
- Possession of Child Pornography
- Possession of Child Pornography for the Purpose of Distribution
Kozak has been released by the Court until his next court appearance scheduled for Wednesday June 26th, 2013. Kozak must abide by strict conditions including:
- No contact with children 16 years old or under, unless supervised;
- Not to attend parks, pools, school grounds, day care centres and other places where children under the age of 16 may be present, and;
- Not allowed internet access.
This investigation was initiated by the Provincial Integrated Child Exploitation Team (ICE), a specialized police unit that identifies and investigates those persons suspected of sexual offences against children.
