Prince George, B.C. –  It’s his day,  the  day we  say thanks  to Dad. There is no shortage of things to do today to help celebrate Father’s Day in Prince George, starting with a  pancake breakfast at the Railway and forestry Museum.   From 10-11:30 the  flapjacks will be flipped, but there is a fee.   Admission per adult  is 9.99 for non members,  7.99 for seniors and students, kids 3-12  will cost 5.99 and  no charge for little ones under the age of three.   There is a family rate  ( 2 adults and 3 kids) of 31.96. Admission for members is 3.99

Once  eveyone has chowed down, you can walk off the  calories at the Father’s Day Show and Shine at Fort George Park.  No admission price and  you  can see some of the finest examples of   classic vehicles   in the  west.   Then, if you  feel  like fishing,  there’s the  fishing tank at Wood Wheaton, an event sponsored by the  Spruce City Wildlife  Association.

All in all, a good day to  share some family fun.
