Golden, B.C. – Members of the Trans Canada East Traffic Services unit from Golden and Golden RCMP members are on the scene of a serious motor vehicle collision on the Trans Canada Highway in Glacier National Park, east of the Rogers Pass Summit.
RCMP confirm two vehicles, one eastbound and one westbound, collided a few hundred meters east of the Tupper Timber snow shed.
Three people have been transported to hospital in serious condition. The Trans Canada Highway is closed in that area. A collision re-constructionist is en-route the scene.

Hope everyone is ok.
Small note: glacier National Park, the Rogers Pass, and the Tupper Timber snow shed are all west of Golden, not east as the headline suggests.
