Cougars Training Camp Starts Friday

Prince George, B.C. – Training camp for the Prince George Cougars starts this Friday and goes through to Monday the 26th.
It is an opportunity for fans to get a look at the new up and coming stars as they will be split into special teams ( named after Cougars alumni) and take part in scrimmages all weekend long.
Headlining the list of 1998-born players is Cougars first-round draft pick Josh Anderson who the Cougars selected third overall in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft. Fans will also get their first look at other top 1998-born players Kody McDonald (24th overall) and Kolby Johnson (52nd overall).
There will be Young Guns Game on Sunday night at 7:00 PM. The winning team will receive the Rob Charney Cup.
Camp wraps up with an Intra-squad game at 7:00 P.M. Monday evening at CN Center. Admission is $2 for adults and no charge for children under 12. The rest of Training camp is open to the public and free of charge
