Labour Day Crash Victim Identified

Prince George, B.C. – The man who died on Labour Day in a crash west of Burns Lake, has been identified as Rodney Randolph Hoffman, aged 71, of Kamloops.
He was the driver and sole occupant of a vehicle that was travelling eastbound on Highway 16 about 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 2, when it collided with a westbound motor home about 30 kilometres west of Burns Lake. Hoffman was deceased at the scene.
The man and woman in the motorhome were taken tohospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate this death.
