Prince George, BC – A 28 year old Chetwynd man is facing charges of dangerous driving, impaired driving, and other related offences after the pickup he was driving crashed into a home on James Dr.
Prince George RCMP spokesman, Cpl. Craig Douglas, says it is remarkable that no one was seriously hurt, a few seconds earlier and the results of the vehicle hitting the home could have been far worse. ( below, box of truck rests in bedroom of James Drive home)

Police were called to James and Ospika just after 1.54am. Saturday morning to find a pickup truck wedged in a home. The driver of the truck and his passenger were taken to hospital with minor injuries. An adult who had been sleeping in a bedroom when the truck hit the home had just gone to the bathroom avoiding the crash. Two people asleep in the bottom floor were not hurt. After preliminary investigation of the scene it appears the south bound truck failed to negotiate a left hand bend in the road and went off the right hand side of the road , through a vacant lot, then the yard on James, before striking the home.

Damage to the home is well in excess of $100,000 dollars.

A pickup don’t make him a truck driver.
I betcha a scenario like that could not , in a hunnert years, be done intentionally.
Definitely NOT a truck driver! The fact is he is an irresponsible idiot!
What kind of driver went into the ditch on a straight stretch? You know the lead on this site right now? Yeah, I thought-so.
