Prince George,  B.C- Another phase in the Cody Legebokoff case will begin today.

He is the  24 year old Ft. St. James  man, accused of killing four women in the Prince George region.

The B.C. Supreme Court session, in Prince George, can best be described as a case management phase as there are issues which the  Judge  must address.

There is still no date set for the actual trial and   the jury has not been selected.

Initially, Legebokoff was  arrested in late November  of 2010, and charged with the murder of 15 year old Loren Donn Leslie. Her body was discovered off a snowy  logging road near Highway 26 which links Fort St. James with Highway 16.

Police continued to investigate, and a  year later,  Legebokoff would be charged with three other killings which preceded the discovery of Loren Donn Leslie’s body:.
·        35 year old Jill Stuchenko,   her body was discovered in a gravel area off Otway Road in Prince George in October of 2009, about a week after she had been reported missing.
·        35 year old Cynthia Maas, reported missing September 23rd, 2010, her body found in the south  end of L.C. Gunn Park in Prince George,  October 8th,  2010.
·        23 year old Natasha Lynn Montgomery, who was last seen in August of 2010 in Prince George.  Her body has not been found.

A publication ban on the case is in effect until the Jury returns with a verdict.
