Prince George, B.C. – Not a good weekend for the Cariboo Cougars. They took a BC Major Midget road trip to Kelowna and return home with a goose egg.
Bryan Allbee had a three-point game Sunday with two goals and a helper but it wasn’t enough as the Cats fell 6-4 to the league’s top club, the Okanagan Rockets. That made it a weekend sweep for the Kelowna teens, who won 5-2 on Saturday.
The Rockets have an impressive 15-2-1 record while the Cougars are 8-9-1. Next weekend they head to the coast to play the Vancouver NW Giants.
