Suspect in Scotiabank Hold Up Arrested

Prince George, B.C. – A Chilliwack man has been arrested and charged in connection with last week's robbery of the Scotiabank in the Spruceland mall.
RCMP say their suspect was located and arrested on Friday in a motel on Queensway in Prince George.
38 year old Neil Robert Simpson of Chilliwack is facing the following charges:
- Robbery with a Firearm (3 counts)
- Wear a Disguise with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence
- Use a Firearm while Committing the Indictable Offence of Robbery
- Use an Imitation Firearm while Committing the Indictable Offence of Robbery
- Uttering Threats
- Pointing a Firearm
At the time of the Armed Robbery, Simpson was wanted on a Canada Wide Arrest Warrant for Being Unlawfully At Large, as a result of failing to abide by conditions of his Parole.
He was the subject of an RCMP request to locate issued last week ( see previous story)
