Terrace, B.C. – An arrest has been made in the  murder of 16 year old Summer Star Elizabeth Krista –Lee Fowler, better   known   as “CJ”.

The body of the Hazelton teen was  found in December of 2012 near a  creek in Kamloops.

Today, Kamloops RCMP announced 22 year old Damien Lawrence TAYLOR  was arrested  Friday without incident in Kelowna, where he had been residing for the last few months.

Taylor and Fowler were considered to be in a dating relationship.  Taylor is not considered a suspect in any other active or ongoing investigations.

Taylor is currently in police custody and is scheduled to make an appearance in Kamloops Provincial Court on Monday, January 13th, 2014.
