Iceman Start Pushed Back
Prince George, BC – The start of this morning's Iceman has been pushed back to 11am…
Race organizers say it looks promising that the temperature will warm past the cut-off of minus 20 degrees Celsius by that point. Currently, it's minus 26 in Prince George, with the high expected to reach minus 16.
According to the Iceman website, the ski portion of the multi-sporting race will be scaled back to one lap at Otway – down to 4km, from 8km – as a result of the later start.
As of now, the start times are as follows:
11am – Solo Men
11:05am – Solo Women and Junior Teams
11:15am – Men's Teams
11:20am – Women's Teams
11:30am – Mixed Teams
