Quesnel,BC- The City of Quesnel has ratified a new contract with members of CUPE local1050-01.The agreement covers three years and is retroactive to June of 2013. 

It provides for a 1.5% increase in year one, a further 1.75% increase in year 2 and a full 2% increase in year three.

Local 1050-01 covers about 40 City of Quesnel employees at the city's arts and recreation centre.  The local has a different bargaining agreement  than their local 1050 colleagues who had achieved a similar contract with the City of Quesnel last fall.
