Quesnel- An accident on the Quesnel Bridge, on highway 97 south, resulted in a traffic problem in that city this morning.

Shortly before 8.30am. a vehicle driven by a 62 year old , collided with the side post on the bridge.

Investigation shows that the vehicle suddenly swerved in an erratic manner before colliding with the bridge post.

The driver was taken to Quesnel's  G.R. Baker hospital suffering from a head injury.

The crash is under investigation.
