How come the cartoonist forgot to include all the Canadian dollar bill pictures in his toon that would represent the multiple billions the rest of this country simply handed to them over the years to simply shush the endless whining?

If you don’t speak French you can’t work for the Federal government… so they have a natural advantage being from Quebec as part of Canada.
I would expect if Quebec did vote to separate than the federal government would no longer need to discriminate against uni-lingual English speaking Canadians.

Methinks they’re scared to try and play the separatist card again, because they’ve discovered that some of the first nations groups, as well as others in the Province will no longer play along with this foolishness this time around, and will quickly partition the Province if the separatists try to force the issue.
I, for one am tired of being told I’m not a good Canadian if I don’t pony up every time some Quebecer wants more “equity” in some way or other than he or she is already getting.
Last time they tried to sererate I was asked by an American while I was on holiday in the States, if those separatists are “nuts”, and didn’t they know that if they did actually succeed in separating, and become no longer a part of Canada, that the States wouldn’t even give them the time of day from then on?
The only answer I could give him was “I guess so” !!
