There’s more to this story, but we’ll never hear it.
Whatever. Ten months of winter and two months of mosquitos. Enjoy.
Congratulations on the promotion, John. Winnipeg is 10 times the size of PG.
Born and raised Winnipeger. It’s not about the job. It’s about the size of the city you’re the chief of.
And this is a story why?
If memory serves, the City claimed that he retired. Clearly, this indicates that did not happen. Which means that he was probably let go at a cost that will forever remain undisclosed to the people who paid for it. He could have quit too. Either way, the City lied about it.
Get now why this is a story, Smiddy?
I was told a long time ago that Mounties don’t like being transferred to cities that start with Prince or Fort. Just sayin’.
