Bob Simpson Seeks Mayor’s Job In Quesnel

Quesnel- To no one's surprise, former MLA Bob Simpson, who sat as an independent in the BC legislature, has announced that he will seek the Mayor's Chair in Quesnel.

Simpson says, his background in forestry will give him the knowledge to take the community of Quesnel through the challenging times ahead.

Incumbent Mayor, Mary Sjostrom,  has not yet announced whether she will seek re election.

Mayor Sjostrom is the best Mayor Quesnel ever had. She is the hardest working and represents Quesnel in an outstanding fashion.

Bob Simpson could never hold a candle to Mayor Sjostrom. He has always been, and will always be….. ALL TALK
