“A specialized Incident Management Team”
Sounds special!
Dragonmaster, just to help you out a bit. These people are trained for the job they do. Incident commanders etc. you should take the training, it shows what really goes on and how to handle everything from a forest fire, major accident, floods etc.
ITs a huge responsibilty to be the Incident Commander as you have lives of people in your hands.. to do the job you do have to be special and willing to work long hours to get the job done.
Not to mention its extremely hot out there,
its a tad dangerous, not that great a pay.
I have been on several fires myself.
We must respect these workers. These fires could really get out of control now.Good luck to the fire fighters.
