Prince George, B.C. – The leaves on the trees may be turning colour in preparation for a change of season but, as in the Godfather movie, just when you think you’re finally out, they pull you back in.

We’re not talking gangsters here but rather weather, weather temperatures to be precise. And just when things seem to be cooling down, surprise, a new maximum temperature record is set.   Today’s high of 24.2 broke the old mark for this date in Prince George by 3/10ths of a point. The old record of 23.9 degrees was set 27 years ago on Sept 20^th, 1987

Don’t put the tanning lotion away just yet.
