Prince George- A 27 year old man has been charged in connection with the recovery of a stolen excavator from Ft St John. RCMP say they received a report from the Ft St John RCMP, that a stolen John Deere Excavator may be in this city.

The Local police were able to locate the excavator on a property on Gogolin Rd, off Westwood Drive,  in Prince George. A search warrant was obtained and the machine was recovered.

It had been stolen from an address on 93 St in Ft St John. The man will appear in court later facing a charge of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 dollars.
