LOL, please god let’s not let her be the face of our region in Ottawa. She couldn’t handle being Mayor, why the would we want her to represent our region.
I don’t really know to much of the person, but she did stay in for her full mandate in which she deserves credit, there is not enough money in local politics to put up with all the crap that is flung their way.
She is running for the rite party!!sherry say Heehaw….
I have my newly minted Conservative membership and I am voting for anyone but Green as are many others who I know. None of us are long time Conservatives but we do not want Green to represent our riding.
So will she pick a news service to ignore if she gets in to Federal Politics ? ….
:-)
I could live with the it’s all about me, if she was really good and really supported everyone in PG but she is not and does not.
If the conservatives in Ottawa really want her, good luck my vote will go elsewhere. Good luck to everyone else running. The conservative might still get my vote. Shari will not.
Shari may think what she does behind closed doors does not get out but it does. People in PG don’t mind sharing. Which might explain why she is so disliked.
Behind closed doors as it politically.
How does one contact the other folks running to sign up for a membership?
gimmeabreak, youi got that right. And remeber if elected she will just be another back bencher and out of trouble.
Cheers
You need to sign up for a $15 conservative membership BEFORE November 20th to vote AGAINST Sherr at the party election currently thought to be set on December 15. I will vote for whomever has the best chance to deflect Green Slime from any further politics. I think Dick Harris is endorsing Todd Doherty. What’s word on the street about Todd?
She will never get my vote, no matter what!!!!!!!
Green shows she just doesn’t get it. Most hated mayor ever, did nothing good for pg but put us deeper in debt, decreased the snow removal, increased city fees and taxes. She cant think she will win the nomination. Just shows how ignorant she really is..
Maybe she’s moving on to greener pastures after ruining ours.
She won’t get my vote
“Council, staff and people in the gallery rose to applaud , give the Mayor a standing ovation, and a farewell.”
She must have a flawless record to get such a rousing endorsement by all!
“Most hated mayor ever….”
What seems to be the problem?
I guess the ridiculous love fest send off for Retired Mayor Shari Green went to her head. Maybe she really believes all the flowered words Council said to her face!
“….all the flowered words Council said to her face!”
Just for that I would have to hold my nose voting for any of the incumbents!
