Prince George, B.C. – The third early bird prize in the Prince George Hospice Dream Home Lottery has been awarded.

The prize, a $2000 gift card donated by Canadian Tire and the Prince George Hospice Society, was won by Karen Schultz, with ticket # 3069.

With just over nine weeks left in the lottery Society officials say there are less than 2500 tickets remaining to be sold. Cut-off is January 15^th, 2015. The grand prize is a 2754 square foot house custom built by Fortwood Homes. It is appraised as $480,000.

Ticket are $100 apiece, with a total of 8,999 to be sold.
