Quesnel- Highway 97 south is blocked, as a result of a jack knifed semi trailer, near Abau Creek north of Quesnel, at 3.30pm.

Police are on the scene. they report traffic is reduced to one lane alternating .

Quesnel RCMP report that roads conditions in the area are described as very slippery, and motorists are advised to drive with extreme caution in that area.
