This is an AMAZING lineup!Kudos to all the hardworking Coldsnap and 2015 Games folks for making it possible for this incredibly high caliber line-up possible for our city. Don’t know who some of them are? Look ’em up. Tanya Taqaq alone will bring this to an international scale – but the addition of so many other local and national musicians makes this the best news I’ve heard in a while.
Tanya who? I know who the PGSO is… that’s about it.
I only recognized two names.
Wow, good job from the organizers. Really looking forward to seeing A Tribe Called Red!
PGSO, well, I’ve heard the professionals so a little biased. But the rest?
Never heard of them, wish they had a few Canadian Country singers, that would be interesting. Pavarotti? Yeah I know, ain’t gonna happen. Oh well.
I am gonna volunteer though.
Said the whale and classified are big gets
None of you have heard of the Celtic group Out Of Alba? They’ve only been playing in PG for 20 years. Said The Whale is a great indie rock band.
Sounds like it will be a great time.
I had to look up Harpoonist and the Axe Murderer, just checking to see if they are musicians or killers.
Hey Grizzly2 – that would be a miracle if Pavarotti showed up. The guy died in 2007.
No doubt ibear – I’m not a Pavarotti fan but I’d go see that show :P
Okay, someone bit.
One of the other three tenors then……….
Dean Macwhinney or Brodie would be good.
