Flights Impacted by Winter Weather
Prince George, B.C. – The storm that is heading to Prince George is already having an impact on flights in and out of YXS.

The Prince George Airport says flights are being impacted because of weather conditions across the country.

This morning three Central Mountain Air flights have been delayed, one WestJet flight has been cancelled and two others delayed.
Anyone heading to the airport should check the YXS website for the latest information.
There are only a handful of regions in the Province not under a weather warning.
Prince George, Quesnel and Williams Lake are expecting heavy snowfall as a long period of snowfall will start today, dropping 10 -20 centimeters of snow tonight, and a further 5-10 centimeters of snow tomorrow.

what’s wrong is this new LONG runway not working. How will they fuel all those big planes that are using the airport.
