Police Investigate Gunshots
Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George RCMP is investigating after gunshots were reported at a residence on the 2100 block of Tamarack Street at around 1:00 a.m. this morning.
Corporal Craig Douglass says a preliminary investigation has revealed what appeared to be gunshot holes at the home.
He says six adults were believed to be living in the house at the time the shots were fired but says there were no injuries in what he says was a targeted attack.
“Police believe this was a targeted incident and that the general public is not at risk. The occupants of the residence are not cooperating with police.”
He says officers from the detachment’s Serious Crime, Forensic Identification and General Duty Sections are investigating and says they’d like to speak to the occupants of a sporty looking light blue car seen leaving the area at the time the shots were fired.

Gunshots on Tamarack are probably not all that unusual. Druggies shooting druggies never gets old in this town. How surprising that they’re not cooperating with police.
PG the wild west capital of the north.
Cheers
Used to live in the area 30 years ago, nothing has changed.
No cooperation by the residents? Easy way to fix that. The cops should put a crime scene tape around the entire house evacuate the residents (for their own safety of course). Ah…give the forensic guys at least a couple weeks to check out bullet holes etc.
So now there are more statistics on gun crime which all adds up across the country and makes it tougher on those who own guns for recreational purposes.
