Dawson Creek, B.C.- As the investigation into  the abduction and shooting of a 26 year old man  in Dawson Creek  on February 21st continues police have executed a search warrant.The search of a residence and  vehicle  resulted in the seizure of  a quantity of guns, drugs and cash.

RCMP investigators are  now looking for a number of  persons of interest as they  have information the weekend incident was not the first  kidnapping or attempted kidnapping  in that community over the past month.

The  kidnappings are all related to a drug war that is underway in Dawson Creek.
