North District Top Cop Starts in July

Prince George, B.C. – A familiar face is returning to Prince George.
250 News has learned Chief Superintendent Lesley Bain has been appointed as the new district officer for the North District RCMP.
She replaces retired Chief Superintdent Rod Booth, who retired at the end of March. Bain previously served as Assistant District Officer of the RCMP in Northern BC and most recently was serving in Alberta.
Sources tell 250 News Bain will start her new job the first week of July.
