Prince George, B.C.-  Prince George Fire Rescue were on scene at a residence on Burden Street  around 11:30 this morning, A passerby  was the first to notice smoke coming from the home  in the 800 block and called it in.

There was no one home at the time.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

No one hurt.

The estimate of damage is not yet available.
