Prince George, B.C. – From popcorn and pottery to handmade jams and ceramics, there’s something for everyone at the 13^th annual Artisans of the North Fair at UNBC this weekend.

Hundreds of people have made their way up University Way to attend the two-day event which features over 90 artisans – including 26 new vendors this year.

Kim Hayhurst, co-owner of Hunter and Thistle Creative, says today is the busiest she’s seen it.

“We’ve been going non-stop. It’s something that people plan for every year.”

She says it’s extremely popular for one main reason: “The quality of products here are of a calibre that people are looking for.”

The event runs runs from 10-4 today and tomorrow. Parking and admission is free.
