PG RCMP Seek Wanted Man
Prince George, B.C. – Mounties are seeking the public’s help in locating a wanted man with outstanding arrest warrants.
The Prince George RCMP says Dustin Jeffrey Olson is wanted for the following offences:
- Breach of undertaking or recognizance (10 counts)
- Obstructing a peace officer
The charges stem from a police search warrant issued in November 2015 at a residence on Ahbau Street.
Olson was charged by Provincial Crown Counsel with several explosive and firearms related offences.
“The above charges are as a result of police allegations that Olson breached the conditions of his release on at least four occasions,” says Cpl. Craig Douglass. “During the last interaction with police, he provided a false name and was driving a white Ford F-150 pick-up bearing license plates FA1879.”
He adds Olson failed to show-up for a court appearance earlier this week to answer to the explosive and firearms offences. Douglass says further charges are possible.
Olson is described as:
- Caucasian male
- 6-foot
- 210 pounds
- Blonde hair
- Blue eyes
- With a tattoo on his right hand
Douglass warns Olson should be considered violent and should therefore not be approached. If located, he suggests you call 9-1-1 immediately.
