Prince George, B.C. – It was all smiles in the paediatric ward at the University Hospital of Northern B.C. this morning.

Santa Claus and his helpers were there handing out gifts for those laid up in hospital during the holidays.

“There’s nothing worse than a sick child so a little Christmas cheer will hopefully help in the recovery,” noted Santa.

15-year-old Nadeen Alhaddad said his efforts were greatly appreciated.

“Yeah, it’s great. I’m really happy.”

That’s really nice… Who organizes it???

    why Santa Claus…of course!

I remember many years ago I was at the pediatric ward visiting a friend and his daughter who was suffering from siezures Santa made a visit Christmas Eve and visited every child when his daughter saw santa she broke down in tears and was so happy because she thought he wouldn’t know where she would be staying over Christmas she was the happiest girl in the world that day still tears me up
