Prince George, B.C. – The 2nd annual Lheidli T’enneh Career Fair is being held today at the Coast Inn of the North, in partnership with New Relationship Trust.

The focus of the Career Fair Tradeshow is to provide Lheidli T’enneh members, especially youth, a chance to explore career opportunities available in a number of industries as well as higher education options and resources and training opportunities.

The career fair runs from 10 am to 2 pm today and there will be 18 organizations on site to provide information about jobs and training programs.  Those organization include:

Canfor, Spectra Energy, City of Prince George, UNBC, Northern Health, Lheidli T’enneh Economic Development, Lheidli T’enneh Training and Development, PGNAETA, Norcan Consulting, Tano Fuel Ltd, Archer CRM Partnership, EDI Environmental Dynamics, Aboriginal Business Development Corporation, TransCanada, Employment Action, Falcon Contracting, New Relationship Trust and Eagle Nest Community and Aboriginal Services.

The Career Fair includes a workshop on Professional Development, running from 11 am to 11:40 am.
