He says officers, including a Police Dog Service team, attended the area only to have the suspects flee the truck on foot into a near-by park.

Douglass says all four were arrested and taken into custody a short time later.

He says a 22-year-old male, 23-year-old male, a 41-year-old female and a 17-year-old male were held in custody overnight and may be facing charges. The investigation is continuing.
