Areas in red affected by today’s outages

Prince George, B.C. –  This afternoon’s storm has plunged over 340 BC Hydro customers into darkness in Prince George and its surrounding areas.

Seventy of those customers live in the Beaverly area, another 80 or so north of River Road and east and west of Prince George Pulpmill Road and the rest out in the Salmon Valley.

No word yet from BC Hydro on when power will be restored.
