RCMP Investigate Home Invasion
Prince George, B.C. – Mounties are seeking the public’s help in identifying the person responsible for a home invasion robbery.
Prince George RCMP Cpl. Craig Douglass says it involved a firearm and occurred at around 3:15 a.m. yesterday morning at a home on the 2600 block of Oak Street.
“The suspect forced his way into the residence, pointed a handgun at the adult male resident that investigated the noise, and demanded valuables,” he says. “The victim complied and was struck on the back of the head just before the suspect fled. The injury is not believed to be serious and the two other adults in the house were uninjured.”
Douglass describes the suspect as:
- First Nations male
- Six feet tall
- Wearing a black hoodie with white Adidas writing, an orange bandana on his head, jeans and tan coloured work boots.
