Prince George, B.C.- Lots of rain on the last day of the P.G. X brought the annual fair to a quiet close say RCMP.
Attendance at the 2008 version of the fair was said to be pretty good on Thursday and Friday, but the Saturday afternoon change in weather, and the all day rain on Sunday kept down the attendance from the hoped for numbers.
The final tally will be available later this week.
Fair goers were giving the midway a  thumbs up, saying the addition of some different rides was a plus.
The fair organizers say next year they hope to add more rodeo style events.
