And they just keep on building these new subdivisions!
Re new subdivisions:

Council desperation = Developers' manipulation.

See Gaming Centre re-zoning tonight. See also TCC zoning in the first place, Westgate development, etc., etc.
Maybe they'll lower their prices now those highway robbers
Kinda down in the subdivision on Tyner near Domano too. What to do, eh?
Its kind of good to see any building going on considering the potential state of the local economy. In 2009 we might not be so lucky IMO. Still we're the slowest growing region in the province.
we are, and we probably always will be. Practically all one hears is negativety about PG, why would anyone move here, especially if they EVER looked on this site - this is enough to scare anyone off moving here. I think if people hate pg so much they should just leave, I don't understand why you people stay. I find it very aggravating - quit bitchin' and move!
We don't hate PG. Myself? I love this "gritty mill town".I used to drive down to Vancouver every summer and boy, was I glad to get home! Too many people, too many cars, 4 lanes into two lanes into one lane just to get across the Port Mann bridge anytime of day. Here we don't have AirCare, transit levies and helicopters telling us which way to get home. It is nice sitting down to dinner and watching those Lower Mainland losers waiting to cross a bridge that has a jumper or an accident. People just like to bitch and complain. I call it "making observations". Lighten up.
