Prince George, B.C. –   It is Friday, it will be hot, and money could be bet that many are contemplating phoning the office with a cough or strange illness that developed overnight.  However, if you return to work looking like the fellow on the right, the boss will know the truth. 
 
Good news, there is more good weather on the way.
 
The forecast is calling for 31 degrees today, 29 degrees for Saturday and 27 for Sunday.
 
John McIntyre, Environment Canada says we may not break records this weekend however the weather should be here for the entire weekend, “The cold front is not expected until Sunday night or Monday where we may see some thunderstorms. It will be interesting to see how close we get to some of the records.”
 
The record highs for the weekend came mostly from 1991 as August 15, 1991 was 32.9 degrees, Saturday August 16, 1942 was 32.8 and August 17, 1991 was 31.8.
