Accused in Shooting To Face Bail Hearings

Prince George, B.C.- Two of the young men charged  with attempted murder in the wake of a  shooting  on August 6th in downtown Prince George,  will have to wait until September 4th  for a bail hearing. 

23-year-old Fabian James Charlie and 26-year-old Jesse Darren Bird will remain in custody until September 4th.

The third person charged, Eric Vernon West, 28, will be back in court Monday for a bail hearing.

The names of losers....
Great! A bail hearing. Let them go so they can shoot someone else. These gang guys should rot in jail not get bail. Unbelievable!
It seems unfortunate that these people are probably going to be set free on bail, but the justice system has to be equal to all, or one of us honest types could conceivably be wrongly imprisoned.

How solid is the evidence. Instead of a bail hearing it should be a trial.
It doesn't necessarly mean they will be granted bail. Now that the names are public, one would think one part of the gang will be after them should they be granted bail. To remain in jail may be the safest place for them until the trial.
