Prince George, B.C.- The results of a three month survey of 1500 forestry workers will be released this Saturday in a special information session to Provincial and Federal representatives.
The incumbent MPs as well as the Provincial Minister of Forests and Range and the other current sitting MLAs in the region will be given details of the survey in an information session in Prince George.
The survey was conducted by the United Steel Workers Coordinator Rapid Response Team. The members of that team will also be discussing the programs in place and their effectiveness in addressing the needs of forest workers who have lost their jobs or are threatened with job loss.
