Quesnel Scene Of Major Drug Bust

 Quesnel, B.C.  -   Police have busted a drug shack that they allege was being run by the East End Chapter of the Hells Angels, in  Quesnel.

The Quesnel RCMP, The RCMP Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Task Force and the North District Emergency response team hit a house on the Nazko Highway,  in Quesnel , on Saturday.  

Four males were arrested at a home, one hundred and sixty pounds of marihuana were seized along with four firearms and generating equipment.

All of those arrested are from the lower mainland. They have been released from police custody pending charges.

On the surface this seems like a good news story, the reality is that the arrestees have only been inconvenianced. Still, I suppose that any drug bust is good news.

Why not issue a challenge to the fuzz in this province? Instaed of cutting their hair, rowing a canoe, or riding a bike, why not have them compete for a contest called the Biggest Bust. We may have to reword that title but maybe the cops should go for the big guys in the drug industry. Not just the farmers.
