P.G. Wins Blood Challenge

Canadian Blood Services presented Mayor Colin Kinsley with a trophy recognizing that the Citizen's of Prince George beat Kelowna in the challenge to donate blood.
Prince George residents donated more than 2,000 units of blood during the challenge, which was significantly more than collected in Kelowna.
Kelowna's Mayor has notified our city that he has followed the rules for the "loser" and wore a Cougar's jersey during the entire Kelowna Council meeting on October 31st, and flew our city's flag over their city hall on November 1st.
