Prince George, B.C. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will address the Nation at 4 p.m. PT just hours  after the Governor General arrives home from a shortened trip to Europe.

 

There is growing speculation the Prime Minister will prorogue Parliament  until the delivery of the federal budget in January, and avoid a non confidence motion that would clear the way for the Liberal, New Democrat – Bloc Quebecois coalition to take control.
