A total of 28/ 24 hour suspensions?
You would have to wonder what the point behind these suspensions really is, because obviously people are drinking and driving.
They may not blow over the limit, but they can also never really be sure of that when when they get behind the wheel after having one or two.
So it would seem the INTENT to drink and drive regardless is there?
the suspensions are a warning and if the vechile is towed can be costly to get out of the impound. What concerns me is the concealed weapons and the breach of probation.
What you may or not realize is that when someone is charged with impaired, and over .08 they are also given a 24 hr suspension under the motor vehicle act along with a 3 month driving prohibition which kicks in after 2 weeks.

Yup them probation breaches are real trouble, LOL
Good to see they accomplished what they set out to do, instead of writing coupons to all the people who have not been consuming.
